One star off for confusing typos in listing
This listing is all over the place in terms of how much filling is actually wool / poly. The tag says 50/50, so I’ll assume that’s correct. It is pretty warm and very comfortable. I didn’t notice a smell when I opened it, but allowed it to air out anyway before putting it in my duvet cover. It makes a crunchy swishy noise (I don’t care) so heads up if you like noiseless bedding. Overall, after sleeping with it last night, I am VERY happy with it. Could be five stars if the inconsistencies in the listing are cleaned up (like proportion of wool to poly, there’s also a size listing error somewhere showing 68×86 for queen instead of 86×86 – the blanket itself IS queen size though). I also wish it had loops for tying duvet on the sides, not just the corners, as my duvet covers all have extra ties on the sides and this particular blanket has a bit of weight so will slide around if not tethered everywhere. It also arrived in a bigger than expected box – this is not vacuum sealed, so can be used right away without concerns about fluffing. Very happy with my new wool-blend comforter, especially after a 20 degree night (didn’t wake up once!).

Light, soft quality duvet of wool and microfiber
This is a light, quality duvet of wool and microfiber, made of wool and a 100% cotton cover:* The Amazon page says it’s a 60% wool blend and 40$ down alternative while the duvet tag says it’s 50% wool and 50% polyester.* The corners do include a loop for securing a duvet cover.* The quilting so far keeps the fill from lumping.* The 300 thread count 100% cotton cover is easy to spot clean.* Regular washing methods can be used.* The product description does not mention any specific certifications for the cover’s safety or quality, but does mention that it is is made with “responsibly sourced materials and crafted with dedication to quality and craftsmanship.”Overall a useful all-season duvet.
