The service life of a single filter element is 2250 gallons (According to different water quality, the lifespan of the filter elements would be a little different). Awesome water filter!
This review is a few months after using the product. I love this water filter. Customer service also promptly fixed an issue I had with the initial delivery and they gave me no hassle. Quick and easy. The water itself comes out crisp and clean. To me, it tastes better than most refrigerator water dispensers. Highly satisfied and highly recommended.

Fabulous water filter! Tastes like glacier water
Wish I had gotten it sooner. It’s very aesthetically pleasing, super easy to assemble & it makes me feel so much better about drinking really clean water. I run well water through mine, which tastes quite good, yet the filter makes it taste like pure glacier water ! Great water filter!!!

A missing washer
I’ve only had this for three days, so my opinion could change. The assembly was fairly simple although the directions were extremely tiny and I had to use a magnifying glass. In the end a key washer was missing for the spigot and the first pass resulted in water everywhere. I fixed the spigot using Teflon tape. So far so good. I’m very please with the taste of the water, using two filters. 4 stars because of the missing washer.

Easy setup
Everything came as advertised in the box. Have been using for about a week. Water taste as good as our plastic bottle water without the plastic. Yeah. We went thru a case of water in 4days. This will be a great savings without sacrificing quality.

Ik wilde al een tijdje een waterfilter aanschaffen en mijn oog was gevallen op de Travel Berkey omdat deze compact, portable, mooi en volgens alle recenties goed is. Iedereen die er een heeft is er laaiend enthousiast over. Alleen de prijs… Toen ik eindelijk besloot om het toch te doen, zag ik opeens deze Phoenix Gravity voor de helft van de prijs. Ik kon geen enkele review vinden, maar wel een video met instructies en de site van Phoenix waterfilters. Die zagen er goed uit dus ik besloot de gok te nemen.En ik ben heel blij dat ik dat heb gedaan. Het is een prachtige waterfilter en behalve het logo is het identiek aan de Travel Berkey, op twee punten na: hij is groter dan de Travel Berkey (8 liter ipv 5,7 liter), dus ongeveer gelijk aan de Big Berkey, en hij komt standaard met een roestvrij stalen kraantje ipv de plastic tap waarmee de Berkey is uitgerust en waar veel mensen over klagen. Nog een leuke bijkomstigheid is dat je er een mooie RVS thermosfles bij krijgt. Dus tel uit je winst! Voor ruim 250 euro minder dan een Big Berkey heb je een Phoenix Gravity met 10 jaar garantie, die waarschijnlijk uit dezelfde fabriek komt als de Berkey.

Perfekte Lösung für unsere sehr alten Wasserleitungen, meine Frau und ich haben immer Magensäure von unserem Leitung Trinkwasser bekommen und das ist jetzt vorbei, seit wir die Phoenix Gravity Filteranlage haben.Das Wasser lässt sich sehr leicht trinken und schmeckt ganz leicht nach Kohle das viele Leute gar nicht wahrnehmen, wir haben seitdem keine Magensäure mehr, also erfüllt die Anlage wirklich ihren Zweck und wir finde sie Super.
