I picked this up during Black Friday because it was such a great deal, and I’ve been using it for my post-gym baths. Ever since I started working out, my muscle soreness has been no joke, and I heard Epsom salt helps — so I’ve been adding it to my baths regularly.
I personally love rosemary, so I tore off a little fresh rosemary (like in the photo) and mixed it into a jar with the salt. If you’re into herbs or essential oils, you can easily customize the scent however you like, which makes this way more affordable than buying premade scented bath salts.
It also comes in a pretty large quantity, so even at the regular price I think it’s a great value. I’d definitely buy this again!

No problem with the product but there really should be a guide on how much to use on the packaging. I had never used Epsom salt before, so I didn’t have a reference, and you can use too much. So I figured it out pretty quick. I realize there are lots of different use cases and everyone is different and yes if I searched online I would see a million sites about using Epsom salt. But that’s kind of the point, the internet has been destroyed by a million sites about Epsom salts and the same, sometimes incorrect information, gets propagated around, because the admins only care about clicks and not enough about content, so please, just put a hint on the packaging.
