🐠 Clean Tank, Happy Betta – Easy, Affordable, and Effective!
I bought this carbon filter pad for my Betta fish’s tank, and it’s been a great addition to our setup! The material is easy to cut to the exact size I needed, making it super versatile for different filter types. It fits perfectly into my small aquarium filter and started working right away to keep the water clear and odor-free.My Betta seems more active and happy since the water quality improved, which tells me it’s doing its job! Plus, the price is hard to beat—way more budget-friendly than pre-cut branded filters. If you’re looking for an affordable, customizable solution for maintaining clean water in your tank, this filter pad is a solid choice. I’ll definitely be buying more when it’s time to replace it.

Keeps tank cleaner and clearer.
Definitely helped my aquarium stay a little clearer. Thick and durable. Catches more waste than the sponges that came with the filters. Easy to clean and cut to your specification on what size you need. I will be buying more of this for sure.

Great product!
…works very well, on the thicker side, filters junk well and improves the clarity of the tank

Easy enough to use
This seems like pretty good quality filter material. It is easy enough to cut to the shape for whatever kind of filter you have. It does filter out debris, but I am unsure of how well the carbon aspect makes for clearer water. I have had a problem with slightly cloudy water for some time. It improved to a degree with water changes, but still always came back. I thought that maybe this was helping but it wasn’t really. I eventually used Seachem Pristine – bacteria that are supposed to breakdown debris, biofilm etc. It helped a bit but the water was still cloudy. What eventually did it was API Accu-clear – two doses and the water became amazing clear and has stayed that way.So I will use this material till I use it all up but I am not sure I will buy it again.

Economical way to keep your aquarium clean.
I was tired of buying premade filters that didn’t last long. These are easy to cut to the correct size and you can rinse them out and reuse it for a while. It cleans out the water nicely and lasts as long as the premade filters, but this I can rinse out. I’m not sure how many reuses I can get out before the activated carbon is no longer useful, though. At any rate, it’s currently making the water in my aquarium look crystal clear and great!

Critical to help water to be clear
I have a thirty five gallon hex , a 55 gallon tall, and a thirty five gallon bow tank . I use this charcoal media in all three tanks, it’s critical to the clearness of the water. When you’re polishing your water, you need a good quality charcoal media, I like the fact I can cut and fit the size. As you can see in the video the water is beautiful.

Works well as a cat fountain filter replacement
I use these as replacement filters for my cat’s drinking fountain after the manufacturer’s filters significantly declined in quality. They work well for this purpose. It helps to soak them for about 10 minutes before first use to remove any loose carbon, and I also rinse them when changing the water. There can be some carbon settling at the bottom of the fountain for the first few days, but it does not get pulled into the pump or resurface in the water, and it clears up after a couple of water changes. No odor issues at all. Overall, a solid and practical alternative.

Not sure there is any activated carbon as my aquarium is worse than before. Also bacteria develop inside it. I would not recommend this product at all. I go back to my well-known German brand
