Fabulous Product – Use Correctly (Read Review)
I was excited to receive and review this product. I am super passionate about skincare, I have a very advanced skincare routine and use a larger number of Korean skincare and makeup products. I find them to be superior to all else. I was thrilled to incorporate this into my daily routine.I have dry, very sensitive skin, so as with every new product, I start with just a small amount, once a week to my routine. It is a thick serum so it should be added to the end of your routine and given some time to absorb before adding the next product. Almost immediately I could see I had great results. My skin soaked up the moisture and had a beautiful soft plump finish.One thing that I have incorporated into my morning skincare routine is a Gua Sha facial massage to stimulate lymphatic drainage. This requires using an oil on your skin. After using this product for a few weeks I decided to use it daily for my morning Gua Sha massage. The jade stone used in the massage just helps to massage the product deeper into the skin, giving even better results. The product can be a little oily, even though it eventually absorbs into the skin entirely, so this technique helps me ensure all of it absorbs quickly.There is a faint scent to the product, but nothing stronger than any of the other products I use.This product is such a great value. I have paid close to $75 for products that yieldSimilar results.A few comments:If you have oily skin, I might not recommend using this product, or if you do, only use a drop mixed with other skincare, in your makeup or use once a week.If you use multiple skincare products, make sure you know the proper order to apply your products, otherwise you won’t get good results – serums should be almost last, before moisturizer and sunscreen.To the person who left a review stating this product caused a reaction with her Tretinoin prescription. First, this product didn’t claim to be a substitute for Tretinoin. It did say it had similar effects of Retinol. Now, a little chemistry lesson – both tretinoin and retinol are potent derivatives of Vitamin A and when used together risk drying out and irritating your skin. So that’s likely why that happened bc you started at least one of the products on the same area of your face every day and you skin couldn’t handle it. I would recommend discontinuing use of this product in the same area as the tretinoin and just use it on the rest of your face. Also, try using a barrier cream when you use your tretinoin or the “sandwich” method which means apply a thick moisturizer, then your tretinoin, then more moisturizer.For those of you using prescription Retinol, keep the same concept in mind – use this in areas where you aren’t using Retinol to avoid irritation.Great areas to use this product:NeckDécolléteHands**all of the above show signs of aging and we usually forget to treat them with skincare!

I wouldn’t advise using this in conjunction with tretinoin
Well, I found out the hard way that there might either be something to what some are claiming as this being a tretinoin alternative that you don’t need a prescription for, or it’s just really irritating to your skin.Because I actually have a tretinoin prescription that I’ve used for years, but I don’t use it every night, so I thought it would be nice to use something that I thought would be less potent on the nights that I wasn’t using the my rx to kind of fill in the gaps. But it took exactly one week of using both this and the tretinoin together, not on the same nights mind you, for my skin to go back to its peeling phase of initially starting my rx years ago.So again, I’m not specifically sure if that’s because this is just an irritating product or it really is working much in the same way as the prescription counterpart.But I had to discontinue using this altogether because my skin was so irritated. And I haven’t felt like it was a good idea that I added it back in at any point yet. So that’s at least something to consider for those of you that don’t use the much more expensive version and would prefer to try this and see how it works.I wish you all much good luck!

I’m having fewer break outs after a month of use!
I’ve been really impressed with this stuff, especially for the price. I’ve been using it now for over a month and my skin feels great. I have skin that breaks out easily and I’ve actually seen my breakouts significantly minimized since starting this stuff. Which is huge!I feel like it adds some moisture and “freshness” to my skin (if that makes sense) and it’s not greasy at all. Once it’s absorbed into your face you don’t feel the product, you just feel like you have nice skin. It’s really amazing, especially at this price point. I feel like it’s definitely on par with products several times its price.I will say that I definitely use more than a couple drops though. I probably use a third of a dropper every time I use it. I use it after I’ve put on my moisturizer and it’s fully absorbed and that seems to work. My skin is a little less thirsty then in this adds in excellent and youthful finishing touch.Really impressed with this product, at any price but it’s an absolute steal at this price.

May Not Be for Those With Sensitive Skin
I ordered Add-on Bakuchiol Serum for Face – Korean Bakuchiol Plumping Serum – Customizable Retinol Alternative Add-On for Skincare Routines– for myself as I am in my late 30s and make skin care a priority.I have sensitive skin and eczema, so I have to be careful with skin products. I try to use retinol, but it tends to be overly drying on my skin. I’ve researched Bakuchiol and learned it was a gentler alternative to retinol– but unfortunately not for me.I added this to my skin and then applied my normal skin products and under my eyes experienced intense burning. I’m on the second day of my under eyes skin being inflamed and red. Of course it’s not this company’s fault that I have sensitive skin, but just a caution for those who do.This product is very heavy and oily. A small amount would go a long way. Price is good for what you receive.
