Excellent customer service!
I bought the 3 compartment container set. First of all the glass seems to be good quality and the lid is very easy to put on/take off while still being leak proof – yes I tested it with water. Contents can flow from each compartments but that doesn’t bother me as I won’t store soupy foods there. I hate containers whose lids will require Olympic athlete’s muscle strength to open/seal. This is also one of the very few 3-compartment glass containers with the compartment volume ratio of 1:1:2. Most similar products have 3 almost equal sections which I do not like.After I took out all the containers from the packaging I noticed a small chip on the glass edge of the bottom one. I was pretty upset because I haven’t even used the product yet! The culprit is likely due to the packaging box’s lack of padding. Only a thin layer of saran wrap separates the lids from the glass and there are no other foam/padding anywhere within the relatively thin cardboard box. I know this is not the seller’s fault because that’s how the manufacturer packaged it and Amazon just throw it inside a bigger box with hardly any extra protection.Update: the seller contacted me about the damage and gave me a replacement set. I am now very happy and have changed the rating to 5 stars. The product is very good, but if you receive a damaged one during shipping just contact the seller. You are well protected.

This set of lunch boxes is great. Lids and glass containers are made with good quality materials. It is sturdy and has a good feel to it. I usually prepare 3 or 2 lunch boxes at a time(Sundays and Wednesdays) and i really like having the divider built in the lunch box. My main dish and side dish don’t get mixed. There is no leaking with liquids and I can safely microwave these lunchboxes without worrying about chemicals leaking into the food. I just pop this in the dishwasher when I get home. It is so easy.

Great overall
I prefer to use these containers over the plastic ones I have. They are easy to use and don’t leak. The one issue I have is that I sometimes have to run them through the dishwasher twice to get them completely clean. To avoid this, I’ve learned to keep the glass part soaking in water until I’m ready to run the dishwasher.

Value for money
This is a great set of glass containers. I looked online for a while for a good deal, and I think I found it! These are high quality, the lids fit really well and the wooden lid looks too good. And we have used them in the freezer and refrigerator without them getting warped. The glass is good quality as well as thick, and I think it is healthier to use rather than the plastic ones. I love them and it’s an excellent value for the cost.

Nice but …
I’ve been looking at buying these for a long time. The good news is the glass is standard therefore, you can always change the lids if you need to.The bamboo lids are nice and you can even use them as a cutting board.However, you must be very careful and make sure you wash the lids and leave them outside to dry. Do not store them while they are still humid or you will wake up to mold on the lid.Also, and most important … if you are packing more than you should in this container the lid won’t seal. Therefore, you always have to make sure you don’t over pack the containers or it will stay semi-open.

Bamboo breaks apart easily.
I’ve been using these containers religiously since they arrived in August, but one of the lids has progressively worn down and has now fully broken apart. I have never microwaved or machine washed the bamboo, I always carefully and gently hand-wash it. Again, this has only happened with one of the lids, but it is an issue that I now have a single glass container with no cover. I cannot take it anywhere or even store anything in it without fear of attracting bugs, so it is basically useless.

I love these containers! I use them for my dogs food and their amazing! I’m into the zero waste environmental care; so these are amazing instead of plastic containers.Lovely in my freezer or fridge that I also just purchased. It isn’t leak proof but I don’t mind that at all. It’s not like I’ll be tipping the containers at any moment.

I’ve been using this product for a month and I can say that is a wonderful quality, easy to clean, and came packaged really well. Only good things to say about this product. I paid almost 100 CAD for it, and that’s the only thing that could be improved.
