Why did I not find the charging cable and remote control after opening the package?
The charging cable and remote control are stored inside the diffuser’s water tank. You need to open the top cover of the diffuser to access them.
Does the package include a power adapter?
No, the package does not include a power adapter, but it does come with a USB charging cable approximately 39.37 inches long. You must use your own power adapter (rated at 5V/2A or higher) with the diffuser.
Why doesn’t the diffuser work when plugged in?
This is caused by the machine operating at too low a current. Be sure to use a regular 5V2A power adapter.
Why did the diffuser stop working after a couple of fill ups?
Please make sure to avoid letting water flow into the air vents when adding water so that the machine does not work due to water ingress.
Can I use the diffuser without adding essential oils?
Sure. You can also use it as a humidifier without adding essential oils.

So cozy and perfect for my office!
I originally bought this for my office around Christmas just to add a little winter touch to my desk. I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, but it turned out to be absolutely adorable. It looks so cozy and festive without being tacky at all.I have been running it every day for over eight hours while I work, and it is still working perfectly. The mist output is nice and gentle, which I actually prefer for a smaller room so the scent doesn’t get overwhelming. I received this fireplace diffuser and could not wait to unbox it. It was well packaged. The set up was very simple, It looks like a mini fireplace it really fills the room with a beautiful scent. It seems to be sturdily built comes with a remote control and it has a timer. I love that it is so quiet. The color changing options are also really neat, my granddaughters enjoyed changing the color of the mist on top. This diffuser delivers far more than expected for the size and price. It’s relaxing and visually soothing without being distracting. If you want something that improves air quality and makes a room feel calmer at the same time, this is the one for you.

Ok, I love this thing. I got one for my daughters for Christmas as well. It’s certainly the coolest diffuser I’ve ever had! It’s the perfect size…about the size of an old radio alarm clock. For those who say it doesn’t have the 7 colors that it claims, this is not true. It cycles through them. I like to leave it on just the fireplace setting. I dinged it one star only because it is electric, but instead of a regular plug, it has a USB Cable. Annoying, because it’s short, and I’ll have to purchase longer ones.

Oh my goodness!! I love this diffuser! I’ve only been using it for 3 days, so I don’t know how durable it is. I’ll update my review if it flops the durability issue…First of all, it is gorgeous. When turned on, it looks like a mini fireplace.It’s 10″ (25.5cm) long so its not tiny.Second, the mist opening is 6.5″ (16 cm) long, which means more mist distributing your scented oil. It really fills the room with beautiful scent.Virtually every defuser I have ever purchased is cheap, dies within a week and unless you’re standing directly above it they don’t distribute the oil scent into the room. I’m really hoping this defuser doesn’t die. Because it is sturdily built I’m thinking it will hold up well but only time will tell.
