Best organic mascara ever
OK for all the women that have tried natural organic mascara and have failed miserably. I have tried every company from Dr. haus go to mineral fusion to honest and Gabriel.I don’t know why I’ve never heard of this company, but I decided to give it a go. I got their brown mascara because I’m a natural redhead and holy crap. This is a game changer. I wish I would’ve discovered this 20 years ago instead I was walking around with chunky mascara dripping down my face because natural doesn’t last. I put this on in the morning and I took the pictures of my eyelashes about six hours later and it’s still on. This is amazing mascara and it’s not chunky. It goes on smooth. It’s literally everything I wanted in my 20s but now I’m in my 40s. The pictures don’t really do it justice, but my eyelashes looked amazing.

After months of use I can say that this is the most natural and moisturizing for mature lashes. I have tried at least a hundred different types.

love this mascara
I searched and searched for a natural mascara that works. Success! This one is inky, great pigment, and smells lovely. Doesn’t sting my sensitive eyes at all. Adds fullness and length. Doesn’t streak and flake like so many other mascaras, and if a bit gets on my bottom lashes, ends up smudging a bit but in a very cool way, like I purposely applied a smudgy eyeliner. Rinses easily with gentle face soap.Please do not ever discontinue this! I do wish there were other choices in terms of brush thickness; sometimes I like the smaller brushes that allow you to just get to the lash line and corners a bit better. But this is a great find!!

Disappointed
I LOVE the idea behind this product! I have to admit I had high hopes. I received a very polished looking product (nicely marketed). I opened the box and took out the applicator…immediately I was apprehensive about how well this product would work for me. I’d seen photos of this product with a full lash brush…the one I received was a spiral of bristles that, for me, doesn’t do much to separate lashes and distribute the mascara evenly over lashes. This aside I really wanted to use this product. I tried for 3 days to apply the mascara as I would like it and I couldn’t get it to not look caked on…to as insult to injury….I reacted to it. By Day 2 I noticed that my lash lines were starting to get itchy….By Day three, I’d made the connection with the new product use. By this time my eyelids were itchy, red and swollen. I should also say that I do not typically react to cosmetics nor do I consider myself to have sensitive skin. I will not be recommending or reordering this product. I took a chance and was not impressed.

has pros and cons… Not a slam dunk for me
I was excited to try this mascara since I usually use the other one they make, the natural lash mineral one, but this one has an issue with my eyes. This one goes on the same as the other one but it makes my eyes water and then immediately a burning follows. The pros: it is a natural product according to the label, it does not give me raccoon eyes, it doesn’t flake much at all so its ideal for contact lens users, and it washes off easy enough with standard makeup remover. The cons: it burns my eyes, it has a very standard applicator like ones in the 99 cent store tubes, and it doesn’t go on very thick. Now, these are cons to me, other people might view them as pros, who knows.. I just don’t prefer it, especially for the price. I do like the other one they have aforementioned above becasue it does not burn my eyes.. The worst part about this product is when I reached out to the seller (owner) she told me “As to the other one burning your eyes, you are probably sensitive to an ingredient. It happens, even with natural products” Ya, no kidding, we all know this, it was just a really dismissive response I though.

Smudgy
It’s a great product. If only it didn’t smudge. It goes on well. It does not burn my eyes, but all day I constantly have to look at my eyes in the mirror to make sure it didn’t smudge on my skin. I won’t purchase again.

Having good ingredients that aren’t toxic is really my first priority with things I put on and in my body, so I search for that before anything else. Remember, everything you put on your skin is absorbed into your blood stream, don’t underestimate that! And the eye area is very delicateI’ve tried a few others, and some were smearing around under my eyes, and seemed too dry… I like this the best of any I’ve tried. when I first got it I was NOT happy with the tiny looking little brush, it seemed weird! But the more I got used to it, the better I liked it… the application works better as I do a smaller section at a time, and it never seems to get on my eyelids or under my eyes like the other ones I’ve tried. It stays on well too! I haven’t had it in the summer, so I’m not sure how it would do in water or at the beach, but at night I have to use soap and water (or makeup remover oil) to get it off, so it doesn’t just run off with water. Very pleased!PS: i’m not one to worry about having really long big thick lashes for daily use… maybe for a special event, so this is great everyday wear. It doesn’t look like spider eyes! But i think if I went back and applied another coat or two they would get longer and thicker as well for more dressy occasions.

ALL Mascara should be made like this
I can’t write enough about how much I love this mascara. I first purchased it for it’s safe/natural ingredients and with how well it works, it makes me wonder why other mascara has to be made from chemicals and other garbage. This stuff goes on super smooth, lengthens and thickens my lashes and looks really, really good. It wears extremely well, barely any smudging by the end of the day. I am used to using yves saint laurent mascara, Origins mascara and some drugstore brands and I always have smudging under my eyes – I was starting to think it was just me and my skin. I highly recommend this mascara! Oh, also – I almost always have eye watering and burning with other mascaras and not this one at all – even after a hard workout and sweat gets into my eyes while wearing it.
