A nice mental energy boost!
I really, really like this mushroom coffee! I purchased this coffee because it has ingredients like L-theanine and dynamine that my other mushroom coffee doesn’t have, and it saves me from adding an additional supplement to my diet. This coffee gave me a really nice “wake up” mental boost that I was hoping for, without feeling weird, wired, or fatigued (which caffeine will do to some people). To me, it doesn’t taste like mushrooms or even earthy, but I’m also accustomed to mushroom coffee taste. I sweeten with a teaspoon of monk fruit sugar with allulose and non-dairy creamer for flavor. I’ve been using 2 different brands of mushroom coffees for over 4yrs after kicking a RTD coffee energy drink habit. I cannot drink instant or brewed coffees due to GERD, and mushroom coffee has satisfied me immensely without the heartburn or acid reflux, it’s healthier, less caffeine, and helped me improve my diet and decrease sugar and caffeine intake. I like this coffee so much that I purchased a substantial quantity of it. This will definitely be the morning coffee that I look forward to that will get me out of bed – IYKYK.

🤮🤢I drink a diffrent brand of mushroom coffee during the day, delicious.This stuff(sleep coffee)is NASTY. It burns my tongue and seems like it has way too much cinnamon? I know it won’t taste exactly like coffee, but this tastes so bad. I followed the directions, even tried to add chocolate flavor to try and save it, nope! That burning, almost cinnamon flavor(to the extreme) is so over powering. I even tried with a lot less powder, so much creamer…..just no

Surprised how good it is!
Bought my mushroom coffee and followed the instructions. I had it black with no cream or sugar, though the instruction suggest some kind of creamer. The powder easily dissolved thoroughly with simple stirring with a spoon. Immediate thoughts on flavor and aroma. The aroma has a strong coffee smell with subtle undertones of mushrooms. The earthiness of both the coffee and mushrooms surprisingly compliment each other. Upon the first sip, the coffee takes the forefront and the mushroom flavor rolls in afterwards. Again, complimenting each other. And I’m not tasting any artificial flavorings. As I finish the first cup and the coffee cools down, both tones seem to share equal spotlight in flavor. It actually gets better in my eyes. Through out the day I do feel like I have better focus and more energy. Looking at the list of mushrooms involved, I can see why the price is where it’s at. These are expensive mushrooms. And as a chef, I’m wondering if I can’t use this powder to boost flavor in my mushroom soups!

I LOVE THIS! So, why not 5 stars?
I’m blown away by the favor and ease of use of this mushroom coffee. I put in in the cup and pour hot water over; never any clumping or need for more than a stir. I do use a milk frother to give it a “crema” on top, and that’s lovely. Tastes amazing! I’ve tried other mushroom coffees that are awful; with this one, I can’t even tell there are mushrooms in it, and in my opinion, when mixed to the stated proportion (1T per 6-8oz water), it tastes like Starbucks’ Pike Place blend. My husband and I have cut down coffee intake to 1 cup a day, and when I ask him if he wants coffee, he says, “Only if it’s that mushroom one.” I’ve never even had an instant coffee I liked, let alone one with mushrooms, so this is game changing.Now to why I didn’t give it 5 stars. The labeling isn’t transparent regarding how much of each mushroom is in the coffee. There’s no mention of mushroom amount at all on the back nutrition label. I was complaining about that when my daughter pointed out the front says it contains 1000mg mushrooms. OK, good, but is that 990mg of the cheapest mushrooms and a sprinkle of the lions mane and other more potent ones? I like transparency in my health products. By law (or some kind of regulation), manufacturers are supposed to list ingredients by the highest amount in the product, and the mushrooms are listed, supposedly in that way, so I could live with the “proprietary blend” idea. However, the Amazon listing shows the ingredients in a different order, with Lion’s Mane being first (and last on the package). What’s happening here?? Is that to mislead or is it an error? Then there is …Collagen. Collagen was a surprise ingredient for me — I hadn’t seen it on the listing before ordering. Cool. I take collagen every day, but again, there’s no indication on the packaging of what type of collagen or how much. Since I do take it every day, it would be helpful to know how much is in this product so I can adjust my other supplementation. It can’t be much, given the serving size is a tablespoon of coffee/mushroom/collagen, and a daily collagen peptide serving is more like 4T.I also have to say that product origin is important. I’m usually really careful to choose supplement products sourced in the USA (and not China, especially for something like this). This states it’s distributed out of Orem UT, but doesn’t say the origin of the blend itself. That’s not a small issue.Otherwise, if I was clearer on what I was drinking, it’s a 5* product for flavor all the way for me. I might be buying this again, especially if I can somehow get more clarity on the ingredients.

TERRIFIC TASKING BREWLove how simple and straightforward this product is. Tried another brand of mushroom coffee with collagen, but…….too many “bells and whistles” for me and difficult , not user-friendly or easy method of unsubscribing, if necessary. This brand is GREAT and so happy we are not initially cornered into a subscription !Unsweetened and simple, I can smell the lovely earthy mushroom scent upon opening and with a teaspoon of maple syrup mixed in, I am in heaven.I feel as though this is an HONEST and PURE interpretation of what mushroom coffee should taste like.I was lucky enough to stumble upon this item on sale for a short period of time, so I stocked up on a few extra packages. I have tried four different products from next level boost and they all preform as they claim they will. I use the sleep, the focus, the energy boost and their regular blend and I enjoy them all. There coffee has great flavor and body with no residue in the bottom of the cup and in that last swallow. It’s very good coffee and I highly recommend it, it’s certainly worth a try!M.P.
