This two pot set is amazing.I’ve always had cookware from random manufacturers and I’ve usually shopped for price. But when we got an induction cooktop recently, it was an opportunity to upgrade. This set was appealing, especially the bakelite handles that stay cool. I thought the small vent in the glass cover looked innovative and useful. And the price was extremely competitive.I don’t know what alloy this cookware is made of or how it’s different, but food cooks up so quickly and evenly. Cooking in my Koch cookware is twice as fast as using my other stainless steel cookware. Whether I’m making pasta, or warming a meal, I’m saving time.It comes out perfectly clean in the dishwasher with a name brand dishwashing pod.Highly recommend.

Beautiful set of pots! I love the clear tops, to see inside while cooking, and wooden handles, which dont get too hot to touch. I just got them, so I haven’t used them much, but so far so good.

Not great for gas stove
The wood handle is not ideal for gas stove. No fault of the manufacturer tho. Great pots. Edit: stainless steel my a$$. This is cheap garbage lid broke after a month. It is not real wood handles. Green stained from cooking broccoli one time. Scratched up. Do not buy.

Suivez le mode d’emploi!J’ai mis du sel dans de l’eau bouillante pour cuire des pâtes, et le fond est devenu plein de petits ”spots”qui n’ont pas l’air à vouloir partir. De plus le stainless steel tire au bleu.Il me semble avoir lu quelque chose à propos du sel… Malheureusement, je n’ai pas gardé les instructions.Tanpis. Je vais m’en servir pareil
