Makes a great gift for you and your loved ones
Got this for a friend who suffers with knee/lower leg pain and Charlie horses. Firstly, it smells AMAZING, secondly the it’s not super greasy it’s actually quite smooth and seems to absorb into the skin nicely. She has been using it regular and says it helps her sleep and helps with the pain! Happy I got it for her

Really enjoy this product
I really enjoy this product…in fact, I am never without it….I keep a jar in my room and one downstairs so I have it readily available to me. I love the texture and absorption of the product. The Lavendar scent is very relaxing, refreshing and soothing…it truly helps with easing my sore muscles and aids me to fall asleep more comfortably.

If you’re looking for a magnesium cream for sleep, muscle cramps, or soreness, this is the one to get. Since starting my perimenopause journey, this cream has been a nighttime essential. The texture is smooth and silky, and the lavender scent is light but calming. I keep it on my nightstand and apply it to my feet right before bed, then stay in bed so it can absorb fully overnight. The result? Deeper, more restful sleep and relaxed muscles by morning.The formula is packed with quality ingredients like hemp seed oil, jojoba, shea, and mango butter, and it’s gentle enough for kids. Pain relief, but with a side of crusty…
I really wish I could give this cream 5-stars, but the way it turned my soft feet into dry, crusty hoof feet was disappointing. I saw where someone else mentioned this, but one never knows if it was just an isolated experience. For the first two weeks, following directions, I had instant relief on my plantar fasciitis and my knees. I even bought a second jar because the decreased pain was amazing. I did not realize what it was doing to my feet until I did not apply for a whole day. I was shocked. I had NEVER seen my feet look so bad from being dry. I still don’t understand how something so full of moisturizing ingredients could produce that kind of result. It literally took 45 minutes for me to scrub them smooth again with a pumice stone. That being said…if you are fine with having snaggle feet versus foot pain, then definitely buy this cream. If not, then keep it to your knees, elbows, back, etc. I can’t say it does not work, it just has to be used on the right areas. I may return the second jar…debating on whether I need so much for my knees, since a little goes a long way when applied. Hope this helps in your purchase!

Best Quality Magnesium
Best magnesium cream that I’ve ever tried. It works quickly on sore muscles and especially muscle cramps!! Ive used this product for a few yrs vs others. It’s the real deal, real magnesium. It’s a bit spendy but one is paying for a quality pure product not a pinpoint size of magnesium. I highly recommend this. I have MS and Fibromyalgia and this is a lifesaver!

There’s a method to it…
Absolute best thing ever!I developed insomnia a few years ago and falling asleep and then staying asleep are extremely hard. I wanted to try something that didn’t involve any tummy upset. At first I thought it didn’t really work very well, then I realized it was simply user error lol. I was applying barely a dab and that’s not enough. So last week I tried a good teaspoon for my legs and shoulders. Whoa! I slept straight through the night. A little like NyQuil without the NyQuil lol. It’s been three nights and it’s been good. I have had 9 the first, and then 7 hours of undisturbed sleep each night after. This is a significant improvement from barely 5 hours of fitful sleep. The lavender scent is soothing and the texture is quick absorbing. The he probably won’t last a month at the rate I have to use, but if it continues to works, I don’t care.

I’ve recently started using magnesium oil spray when I learned of its multiple benefits like helping with sore aching muscles, providing rest and easing you into a soothing sleep and also being a deodorant replacement! When I came across this magnesium cream fragranced with frankincense, I was really excited because while I love the magnesium oil spray, I find it leaves a little bit of a film on my skin that’s not the nicest feeling, And wanted to find an alternative.This cream is unbelievably rich and smooth, penetrates beautifully moisturizes incredibly and on top of that, the magnesium content brings you into blissful comfort. Within minutes of applying. I’d say within a half hour of having the cream rubbed all over my legs, temples, shoulders and areas connected to my lymphatic system, I fell into a state of relaxation and comfort that I haven’t felt in a long time.The frankincense fragrance in it is delicate yet earthy and Rich smelling. I’m somewhat sensitive to Harley fragranced creams, but this one has absolutely no effect on my skin in a negative sense. I’ve been using it as a deodorant replacement as well since I’ve been trying to be mindful of aluminum and other ingredients that are not necessarily the greatest for our body, and I can confidently say that since using either the magnesium oil spray or this magnesium cream in place of my regular ladies underarm deodorant, I haven’t had any odor issues and have had a lovely sense of calm throughout the entire day.I don’t have enough words to describe how amazing this cream is. You have to get it and try it for yourself. I’d recommend a patch test at first because some people are sensitive to magnesium, oftentimes having it appear as a mild rash. So do a quick skin test for a few minutes and as long as you don’t react put that stuff everywhere! You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve had mixed results with magnesium creams in the past. Either I got good results for relaxation but my feet ended up insanely dry, or I ended up with moisturized skin but no relaxation effect. This one seems to balance both and offer relaxation without destroying my feet.It is nice and thick so you don’t actually need much and it goes a long way. It massages into the skin quite well and does seem to have impact on my relaxation, muscle tension, and sleep. I put it on every night before bed, and it does feel as though it is making a difference. And my skin is not getting drier or cracking or anything, so I am very pleased.The frankincense scent is nice, not too strong but definitely noticeable, and it does fade, so if you are bothered by scents it doesn’t linger long. Also using it nightly and I still have most of the jar. This is a nice option if you’re looking for magnesium cream.

Personally, I really did not enjoy the scent of frankincense, and so that was a minus for me. However, I did not allow this to impact my review as that’s just a personal preference and this was clearly described as the fragrance. What I found to be bad was the grittiness of this cream. It makes application uncomfortable and absorption more difficult and challenging. Somehow the graininess and sandy nature of this cream also creeped past the lid and into the plastic seal that went around the outside rim of this new glass jar. Other than this, the Canadian made nature of this was welcomed, as was the magnesium concentration.

Review:I am typically skeptical of products like this, but I still wanted to try it as I have trouble sleeping and wanted to explore all options.The product is easy to apply, smells nice, and although is a little greasy it does dry completely within roughly 20 minutes.I think it did improve my sleep after trying a few times, but I can 100% say for sure that it concretely works. I’m not familiar with the Frankincense scent so I was a little apprehensive at first, but I find it quite likeable. The cream is full of natural ingredients which I really like. I rub some at bedtime on my feet and lower legs. It is likely a combination of the cream and the resultant massage that provides the relief. I find I get a better sleep when I’ve applied some cream than when I’ve not.The cream has a nice rich texture and absorbs quite easily. There are so many reasons to love this cream and none to not. The quality is good and I’ve tried other Remedy Mama products and liked them. I’m not sure whether it is expensive or not. For the relief I get, it is worth every penny.
