Amazing Supplement!
I was inspired to try this supplement because of a Youtube video I watched about the benefits of using Spirulina. I am a 53 year old woman in perimenopause that despite how hard I try to take care of myself, the energy is just not there. So I decided to try this to see if it would help with natural energy. Well, let me tell you… I am pleasantly surprised that it has reached my expectations. Now, the taste was beyond horrific. The first time I drank it was like drinking from a fish tank. I literally almost threw up. But I discovered adding lemon juice helps so I can handle it now. The energy is long lasting and not jittery like caffeine but you just feel a little more alert, a little more stronger while working out. The type of energy like you have been eating healthy. It also has reduced my appetite a little. I feel like I can make better choices because I have a calm energy. I drink 1/2 teaspoon with my pre work out drink and another 1/2 teaspoon at 1pm and I can just go all day long. No stomach issues. I also put the powder in a glass and put just a little water and mix it with a fork like a paste before pouring the full glass of water in it. This helps it not be clunky.

I tried to buy only the best where I can find it, and this is of high-quality. It is a nice size and has some very good health benefits. For ease of use I add it to my smoothies and it does not effect my digestion.

Good amount per serving. The flavor is a bit strong, but it feels very high quality. It has an intense green color, and I use it in my green drinks.

I’ve never tried spirulina before, but according to Reddit especially, this seems to be top quality spirulina. First impressions are that it kind of smells either like brownie mix, raw eggs, or algae, depending on who I ask. In terms of flavor, I personally don’t like the taste very much as it tastes basically how it smells. It’s a bit strong and if you use too much, it overpowers anything you mix it with. I have to use very little in my tea so that I don’t taste it too much. Note that it doesn’t come with a scooper.Flavor wouldn’t be an issue with the tablet form, but the only reason I chose the powder over the tablet is because of the value that you get with it. I’ve listed the servings and cost here to show what I mean. All of the information is taken from pictures on the respective product’s page.1000mg tablets, max size 180g/180 tab jar ÷ 3g/3 tab serving = 60 servings for $26.500mg tablets, max size 400g/800 tab jar ÷ 3g/6 tab serving = 133 servings for $47.Powder, max size 454g ÷ 3g serving = 151 servings for $37.Based off of the value per serving alone, I went with the powder, but after trying the product first hand, I think I would recommend going with the tablets over the powder. It may be better value in theory, but I find that due to it’s flavor, I’m not consuming nearly enough of it for it to be worth it in the first place. Otherwise, if you try the powder and don’t mind the flavor, it’s definitely a better value.

Healthy greens keeps skin glowing
Second purchase for me on this. I had great results the first time I tried. Was feeling pretty good and doctor made a comment about my white cells looking super healthy. Had comments on my skin looking like I was glowing.I would be curious to see what happens if I keep taking it more consistently. Lots of antioxidants packed into this. I take it with my protein shake or in a tea. Sometimes I take it as a shot chased by a juice.It isn’t the most pleasant smell or taste, but it is a beautiful deep green color. It is easy to swallow and mix with some other liquid or ingredient. The bottle lasts a long time due to it being a large size.Comes in a nice amber glass bottle. It isn’t cheap, but you do get a large amount and coming directly from Hawaii it is good quality and sourced in the US.

We love this spirulina. I drink it first thing in the morning and it helps with energy and to be more regular, that is what I like the most. You have to get used to the taste but the benefits are worth it. I buy the big one and it’s great value for your money.

The reason I purchased this one specifically, is that I heard in a video of some doctor saying that spirulina resource it important, you need to look for location that wasn’t exposed to radiation as much, so hawaiian is one of the best locations for spirulina. I’m not 100% certain if this is real of just advertising.I purchased another one before it, but wasn’t sure if I should use it as the source location was not clear.I’m not spirulina expert, first time to use, I hope this is helpful.This one comes as powder, I don’t like its taste much, so I mix it with spoon of something with strong taste (jam, peanut butter…)I tried mixing it with drinks, but it sits in the bottom of the cup, so you need to finish all your drink to get it and the taste is not pleasant.Also compared to the one I purchased before, this one is slightly less smelly.
