Very good, makes a big difference
Both work great. I’ve been using the smaller one and it’s quick, smooth, and effective and not annoying or irritating. My tongue looks much healthier – better blood supply – after using for about 2 months.

So I love the metal scraper. I was using the plastic drug store version before but this just feels like it works better. I prefer the single handle scraper over the other type.

Works great but was open
If I could, I’d give it a 3.5. It works well. I have no complaints about what it was meant to do because my tongue feels great. However, my package was open, and there was what may have been soy sauce on the plastic packaging. Because of that, I reduced my score. It doesn’t take away from the product itself, but I am a bit grossed out not knowing if someone used it before me. (I made sure to clean it thoroughly before use.)

I like the well designed stainless steel tongue scrapers. Both do the job well and I use both. It’s also very handy to have the fabric pouch with a drawstring to take with me when I travel.
