    Amazing!
Love this stuff. I mix this with coconut oil and use it as toothpaste. Its amazing. I get my dental cleaning every 6 months and since i started this mid 2024 I barely ever have plaque anymore that the asst needs to scrape off with that horrible tool at the start of the appt. It gives you a clean fresh feeling mouth. It really has no taste, DONT SWALLOW IT OF COURSE. I also used this to make an AMAZING baby butt paste (diaper rash cream) and its incredible. Put a few dabs on my mosquito bite….didn’t itch anymore.

The best bentonite clay on the market
This is a very good quality bentonite clay. I have MCAS and other autoimmune issues and really need strong detoxification products to feel well. I was using the great plains liquid bentonite, but it has been out of stock most of this year. I have tried others, but this is the one that actually minimizes my symptoms the most, and there are no additives in this one, which is a huge plus. You mix 3 cups of water with 6 Tbsp of the bentonite powder and store in the fridge. You start with 1 Tbsp of the mixture in a glass of water and can work up to 4 Tbsp as tolerated. This will be my go-to bentonite clay going forward.

I never ever leave 5 star reviews but this stuff has helped my ibs-d go from a 9-11 to a 1-2.
I have been using, Tierra Buena, calcium bentonite now for 7 days…that’s right, only 7 days. And I have a nearly flat stomach. That’s going from miserable bloating, for decades, to a nearly flat stomach. I actually can fit in my pants without them being uncomfortably tight and I have noticed my back and joints have stopped aching constantly. I cannot believe that I have finally found only one product that has helped me so much! If you have problems with constant bloating, diarrhea, sour stomach, (basically, ibs symptoms) this should be your go to. I have had severe problems with ibs-d my entire life. I have switched jobs over and over, then went to college and finished so I could work in an environment conducive to helping me mitigate my symptoms. I.e., sitting more and being able to use the restroom immediately when needed, ect. It’s been a long long debilitating journey. In January, of this year, I was given the opportunity to work from home, which is really where I started the arduous process of once and for all trying to fix my ibs-d. I have had so many diet changes over the years, I knew another change in diet wasn’t going to be enough (And I am fastidious when it comes to follow through). I had to find the magic bullet, if it existed…and I believe this is it. I know I sound like an infomercial but I’m very sincere when I write, this stuff really works. Yes it’s dirt 😂…but it’s magic dirt! I will be taking calcium bentonite for the rest of my life, if these are the results I can expect.Tierra Buena is the first calcium bentonite I have tried. I did what I always do when buying anything. I went on Amazon and read nearly every review, for several different products, “not calcium bentonite”. One of the reviews I read was about calcium bentonite and how it was a must have, for internal use, when mitigating the symptoms of ibs. So I found the calcium bentonite with the highest reviews (on Amazon) that was graded for internal use…and that was Tierra Buena. After reading all the reviews, I went to their website for further review and based on the aggregate information, I, hesitantly, decided to try Tierra Buena.I am an ambivalent skeptic when it comes to most product claims; because I have wanted products to work and they have let me down. I promise that this clay works wonders. At least it did for me! And the clacium bentonite, from Tierra Buena, is a great product; it has hardly any flavor, goes down smooth and actually has a hint of sweetness after the mixture has been in the refrigerator blooming for a few days. I mixed per the directions, take 3-4 tablespoons per day, first thing in the morning, and I’m AMAZED at the difference it’s made. I look forward to years of being able to praise Tierra Buena…”I never thought I would aver that about any product.” But this product has “literally” changed my life in only 7 days. I sincerely hope it has a life long effect similar to the affect it’s had on me in 7 short days.I also want to point out that Tammy, from Tierra Buena, sent me a stock/standard follow up email making sure everything was satisfactory, with my order, and the quality was as expected. I have a lot of respect for companies that have good/great customer service etiquette. I can comfortably attest that the quality is very high and my satisfaction is also very high. Everyone should feel confident when ordering, from Tierra Buena, knowing their order will be on time and of the highest quality.

    No unnecessary or harmful ingredients!
Works well as a diaper powder. I really appreciate a product that doesn’t have unnecessary ingredients. It’s just clay. I added essential oils for the healing benefits and now it has a great smell as well, so that’s a nice option! I simply dripped the oils right into the bottle and then closed it and shook it up. I have already ordered it again.

This is expensive, but you get what you pay for!
Clay has been used for a very long time for a lot of ailments. While clay is a really safe way to deal with some health issues (such as diarrhea), it is really important to buy clay source from non-polluted locations. While I found several other brands that were much cheaper, once I did some research, I realized that they were either not labeled “food grade”, came from a variety of places around the world (so there was no way to know what it was contaminated with, or came from places in the U.S. that were geographically close to areas used for nuclear testing. Since clay binds easily with radioactive materials, heavy metals, and even bacteria (hence it’s ability to help the body flush out pathogens in the gut resulting from food poisoning), it is imperative that you know both where your clay comes from and that it’s been tested for impurities. The reason I decided to try this white clay was that I noticed that one of the medications my gastroenterologist gave me for diarrhea attacks contained saccharomyces boulardii and white clay. The purpose of the clay is to absorb irritating chemicals or pathogens (in case there are any) and to absorb water, therefore making the stools more solid. Since I am prone to spontaneous diarrhea attacks as a part of my IBS-D, I had come to rely on that medication quite a bit. It was very effective, but then the company changed the formulation to include ingredients I couldn’t ingest, in addition to some nasty artificial sweeteners. I decided to try this clay as a substitute, and it works like a charm!Luckily, I now get attacks very rarely, but when I do need it, I’m glad to say that this clay works. A little bit of clay (I use about a teaspoon) dissolved with a very small amount of water is effective at making liquid stool solid again. I am careful to use a plastic spoon to stir the clay in the water, because I read that the clay should avoid contact with metal. I’m not sure if that includes stainless steel, but I prefer not to take chances. My wife has also been using it to make a facial mask and it works great for that too. Her skin is really smooth and velvety afterwards, so double thumb up!Some people seem to use this as a daily “tonic”. If you are noticing health benefits from doing so, then more power to you. However, I wouldn’t advise this, because when you take something like clay or activated charcoal, they bind to both bad things and good things, which means that you may very well end up with nutritional deficiencies over time. Also, both good and bad bacteria can be eliminated, so over time you may actually decimate the good bacteria in your gut which makes room for pathogenic yeasts and bacteria to increase. I see this product as a “once in a while, as needed” thing, rather than an “every day” supplement.Update: Since my IBS-D has been in remission lately, I’ve not been using this clay in recent months. However, just recently, my mother was visiting and got a D attack (she has severe IBS-D). Her usual strategy is to stop eating for the rest of the day, but since I had this clay on hand in the back of my cupboard, I gave her a spoonful mixed with water and her attack stopped immediately – she was fine for the rest of the trip. This stuff works better than over the counter anti-diarrheals, and without any of the questionable “other” ingredients. Even though I no longer need to use this daily, I’m really glad to have it on hand for emergencies like that one.If you found this review helpful, please consider letting me know below.

This transformed my oily skin!! I was skeptical because a lot of things make me break out. Mix with a bit of water and leave in 5-10 minutes. It leaves my skin smoother and so much less oily all day, but doesn’t dry me out. I feel like my pores look smaller too. I would give 6 stars if I could

I actually used this as makeshift toothpaste. I’m currently homeless and couldn’t afford the toothpaste I wanted at that time, and I had this leftover, and so I decided to add some tiny bit of water and brush my teeth with it for a month. Works fine. Nothing special. But if you’re in need, this works. Clay works marvels.
