Works well, great value, but does not remove lead and other health-related impurities.
Good price, high quality, easy five minute installation and high capacity make this an attractive buy, especially if Amazon has it on sale. Bought two of these for the kitchen and bar. Flow was undiminished, water was clear, taste and odor-free, so it does what it is supposed to very well. Filters are very easy to change and readily available on Amazon. It should be noted that this filter is certified to improve aesthetics such as chlorine taste and odor, but does NOT address health-related contaminants such as lead. Great product and good value as long as buyer knows it’s limitations. Would definitely buy this again.

This filter would have 5 stars if not for a simple dumb packaging/assembly flawed decision. It is a very good filter, with a very long service life, and a phenomenal water quality and taste. It works on stinking Chicago tap water and makes it taste just like bottled spring water. Almost. It is easy and simple enough to install inline with your cold water supply line going into your faucet, but if you want to use it into a separate faucet just for drinking water, it has no way to connect to the 1/4”OD stub at the bottom of most spigots, only a 3/8comp X 1/2comp adapters. I had to go and buy a 1/2 female compression X 1/4OD comp.

Don’t skimp on the quality of your water
Love this thing – I can really taste the difference, and it does a phenomenal job. It’s great peace of mind, easy to install, and I love how long it lasts. I brought one with me abroad (trust the water more than in the US, but still) because it was 1/3 the price of a local model, and I had to have a plumber modify the hose connections, but it was a quick easy job and it works great. Couldn’t recommend more!

I bought this and used it in Singapore and mounted it under my kitchen sink. Family were skeptical. However, everyone likes the pure, clean water taste and could not believe the longevity of this filter. I bought spares as you cannot buy the refills in Singapore easily. To be honest tastes better than a lot of bottled waters in Singapore. I was also using a Japanese cartridge and jug to clean water and drink in Singapore for years, but I think this filters out more and the water tastes a lot better. Don’t hesitate to buy.

Easy to install. One small rubber washer missing so I had to fabricate one using bigger washer I have. It took me 30 minutes to install. The only concern I have is about the price of the Replacement Filter Cartridge! It costs almost $70 while the compete new unit costs nearly $82. In my opinion that’s NOT reasonable. I hope the seller will look into this concer and review the price of the Replacement Cartridge to be within $25. This will make the system affordable to more buyers and increases the sales of Replacement Cartridges dramatically.
