Nothing but blocks. Not much to say about them. They are smooth.I wrapped them in waterproof wrapping paper and used them under something so the item would ruin the dresser.

Multi-Purpose Signs With Pre-Cut Hanging Holes – Great For A Variety Of Crafts
Description in posting is accurate, including measurements. The sides, edges, front, and back of these ready-to-finish signs are smooth, with some slight, slight rough texture if I run my hand along the sides; nothing that will poke or abrade though. Finish is ready for staining, painting, etc., or you can sublimate or etch, and the included hemp ropes are suitable for hanging these lightweight signs. The surfaces are smooth enough that you can glue items on to create a multi-surface sign. I do note that the signs have some slight variations in surface coloring and a very small amount of dimpling (dimpling only on 1 of them), though I’m not willing to take a star off of my review as the posting’s image clearly shows the variations.

Smooth & Solid
These sturdy, smoothly-sanded, solid wooden blocks were a find. I’d been looking for a piece of wood this size to use as a base for a large rubber stamp I bought that came on just a thin sheet of rubber with no base. I think this will work perfectly! I’m not sure what I’ll do with the other three pieces that came with it, but I’m sure I’ll think of something crafty to do with them. The wood is light beige with visible grain and no finish, cut perfectly without any knotholes — but there’s no indication as to what kind of wood it is. Not that it matters, it just weird that it was left out of the description.
