Beautiful to look at and practical
This is a beautiful set of storage containers. They’re almost too pretty to use for food! Nice sizing selection. They wash up in the machine but not the lids, those have to be hand washed.

Healthier? Probably. Handy? Definitely.
Microplastics are everywhere according to all the studies. Unknown health effects. I decided to do away with the plastic storage containers, send them to recycling and go with metal and glass. These are heavy duty, seal well, the tops wipe down easily (silicone seals can be removed, cleaned and reinstalled) and the bottoms go in the dishwasher then stack in the cabinet. Bottoms go in the oven, micorwave and freezer. Can’t do that with plastics.

Lids are not durable and don’t stay on
The lids don’t stay on well. If the container is even slightly full the food will push the lid off so it’s not airtight. The wood gets gross quickly too. It’s unfortunate because I wanted to avoid plastic, but the wood lids aren’t durable and have scratches and cracks. The glass itself has held up fine.

Good for meal prep; not so much for storage or transport
The sizes of the containers are what I was looking for, and the bamboo tops (with just a bit of silicone for sealing) make me happier than plastic tops. That being said, the tops make for bulkier storage than their plastic counterparts. Also, unless you’re carrying them very carefully, I don’t recommend these for taking your lunch to work since the lids don’t fasten securely. Definitely not for commuting on the subway. One last ding, the lids are a little slick, making stacking in the refrigerator a little iffy. Would love to see some design updates to this product so I could like it more!

Nice idea, but not so nice to use.
Bamboo is seemingly unfinished as it splinters easily when washed. We have been using other bamboo products for years, and the fibers never separate.Glass is easy to clean, but lid has a thin slot, for the silicone seal, that is not easy to clean. The seal does not fit snug in the slot, and is not a tight seal for the containers after multiple uses. First time was slightly difficult to open and I feared I would end up with food everywhere at the container and cover go in different directions. After a few careful tries, I was able to avoid that outcome, but the covers no longer hold that snug. They aren’t the easiest to work with, and since the lid is inset into the container, you can’t fit as much in them as it looks like you can.

Love the durability and clean natural look.
I really like this set. I can only comment on dried goods stored. I do not use them for leftover or anything with moisture in it. I like the quality of the wooden lids. No splinters or cracks. They fit nicely with the seal. The glass base is very sturdy and thick, making them a lot more durable. I purchased more sets and styles from the seller. Fast shipping, packed impeccably well!!! I was so impressed by this. Each one was wrapped and placed in boxes within the box ensuring nothing was chipped or damaged. They need to be packed well! So if you’re one to complain about excess packaging for the waste and environment you’d also be one to make a complaint they arrived damaged. I value the companies commitment to selling quality items and takes the time to package them for safe transport. I recommend using this seller for all items listed, high praise from me.
