Finally, a really good water filter dispenser!
Really happy with this water dispenser! It holds a lot of water, fills easily. The spout leaked but I saw the Seller tell another buyer to tighten it again. I did and that ended the leaking. It’s been in service for 1 month. It’s made with special glass, no lead or other toxins. Seller answered my question quickly! Great buy!

Works well, but materials could be better
This works great and looks surprisingly good on my counter. It holds a lot of water, and it filters pretty fast. It definitely improves the taste of my tap water, and my house gets a lot of use out of it.Setting it up was easy, and I appreciate that the documentation wasn’t difficult to follow. It took a very short time from opening to having it up and running.Overall good value for what you get. The only thing I don’t love is I could tell that not all the materials were very high quality. However, the build quality seems good despite that.

Somewhat janky but usable
I am a bit ambivalent about this one.On one hand, it does what it says on the tin — it holds water, while sitting on a countertop. On the other hand, it looks like quite overpriced for what it is and its quality.First of all, some assembly is required, and it immediately doesn’t feel _that_ robust. Each leg is only retailed by a single screw, and while the assembly doesn’t wobble, it’s not the most solid setup. This is especially considering there are only 3 legs, and the whole dispenser can get quite heavy when full.Once the base is assembled, there’s no indentation or anything to retain the dispenser itself. It sort of sits there. I’m worried that knocking it over is a possibility, especially if instead of on a counter it sits on a piece of outdoor furniture.The spigot also needs assembly, and it’s a bit fiddly too. There are 2 silicone gaskets that are very stiff and require quite a bit of bending, some metal washers and a plastic tool to tighten everything. Because the gaskets are so stiff it’s hard to tell when it’s been tightened enough — you can keep going, and it’ll either help and make everything waterproof by compressing the gaskets a bit more, or it might be too much and risk cracking the glass. The spigot is also not keyed so it will get on crooked one way or another and adjusting it to sit vertical is hard after it’s been tightened up.Then, the filter. It comes with absolutely no markings or indications of what it would do, except a brief description in somewhat broken English. No indication of how many gallons or how much time it’s good for, no indications on how to prime it, etc. I don’t really trust it, and I don’t want to use it, but I also don’t really know if I can find another one that’s compatible or where.Finally, practicality. Once everything is put together, it works ok as far as water dispensers go. The spigot is too high so the bottom inch or so will never drain but that’s about par for course. It’s possible to disassemble and wash everything, so at least there’s that.All in all, this is not my favorite dispenser, at least at the current price. I’d probably go for a cheaper model, maybe without questionable filter, maybe with slightly better ergonomics.
