Very good comforter
This comforter is very breathable, wool stuffing makes it feel heavy enough to be cozy when you snuggle under it, yet it doesn’t overheat you! Any previous comforters I had were filled with synthetic material and they felt hot to sleep under, but not this one. The size is slightly bigger than king size duvet, but not enough to cause problems.I think it’s a great purchase with two best natural fibers: cotton shell and 100% wool filling. It’s supposedly washable, but I haven’t tried washing it yet. Very happy with quality of sleep under this comforter! Highly recommend!

Warm, Comfortable, Reminds Me Of My Childhood
When I was a kid, there was a neighbor (sort of, it was rural, and the neighbor lived a quarter-mile away) whose grandparents kept several wool blankets handy for the cooler months. I always felt those cooler (winter in N.E Pennsylvania) months were the best times to sleep over; those wool blankets were warm and heavy and just felt good all around. So I ordered this blanket and placed it into a duvet cover and yup, it took me right back to my childhood. The blanket is hefty but it’s not as heavy as what I remembered from my youth. I see that as a strong point though. I’m using the one blanket inside the cover, and while it fills out the cover well, there’s room for a second blanket, which is in my Amazon cart as I type this. I intend to add the second blanket to the first, inside the same cover, when the winter weather sets in. Yeah, it’s expensive to get the second blanket, but using the cover, and washing the cover occasionally, I don’t see how these two blankets don’t last the rest of my life. Okay, enough of my life’s story. The blanket appears well-constructed, it feels great, and it should wash well I suppose (based on the observation that it appears well-constructed). I don’t see a need to wash the blanket though; washing the duvet cover ought to take care of that. Seriously, this feels like a wool blanket should. If you have already experienced a wool blanket, you know exactly what I’m typing about. If you haven’t experienced a wool blanket, and if you can gather the money together to buy one, I’d suggest this one.

It’s warm in my bedroom now. A real wool and good quality cotton comforter. Earlier this year I rinsed it out in a large sink by hand with warm water. I hung it to dry with a small fan very carefully supporting the comforter in several places so didn’t stretch ( stress ) the fabric. I do this with all my good blankets in the house.It is so cold in Chicago in the winter. Especially the bedroom is cold. So nice under your wool comforter.Thank you so much for selling me such a nice product made in Turkey. My wife and I really appreciate it.

Good natural fiber comforter. 100% cotton shell and 100% wool fill. This product is Oeko-tex certified. I really like how it is quilted to keep the fill evenly distributed.

NOT 100% WOOL FILLING. READ THE PRODUCT SPEC IN DETAIL PLS.
Want to inform, the filling is not %100 wool as described mainly. Check the details and you will find that the filling material is 50% wool and %50 fiber (which is not described in detail, what kind of fiber?)I’ve checked the main description and saw 100% wool but when I got it I figure it out filling is blended. Be careful and read all the product specs.

Worth Every Penny
After looking at THOUSANDS of duvets, and picking at certain qualities of each type, although I am allergic to wool, I bought this one. I got the Queen size for a bit of overlap for my 1940s poster Mahogany full size bed. No more fussing with bed spreads or cheap comforters.This incredible duvet insert has a bit of weight to it, so you know that it will stay on you, is not thick and breathes beautifully. I am crazy about it and so proud that I chose THE PERFECT DUVET INSERT. I wish it had corner ties but that is a minor issue and easily remedied-a needle and thread I can find!
