Usage: The pillow has a medium firmness and has supportive properties. With a height of 3.9/4.7 inches, it is suitable for individuals who are between 5.25 ft and 5.74 ft tall and weigh between 143 and 165 pounds. Specific choices can be tailored according to one’s actual pillow usage habits
No deformation—Even after years of use, latex pillows retain their elasticity and loft, resisting flattening or clumping. Their softness remains unaffected by temperature changes, ensuring year-round comfort with a consistently plush yet highly resilient feel
The contour of the neck pillow follows the natural curve of the neck, plus the latex pillow has good elasticity and softness, fits closely to the head and neck, provides even support and effectively relieves tension and pressure
The pillow core is foamed up with the sap of the rubber tree. Can be naturally decomposed, will not cause pollution to the environment. Latex can not sun, do not put the pillow on the balcony window or the like to avoid exposure to the sun
Breathable hole design–The latex foam pillow is designed with open holes for air circulation and improved breathability. Usually no special care, the inner cover is made of polyester, the outer pillowcase is made of cotton, you only need to wash the outer pillowcase

Not perfect, but very nearly so.
When you visit the local T or W store looking for a new pillow, about all you’re going to find are pillows that use polyester fiber. Collectively, these pillows are terrible. They compress until eventually, sometime in the middle of the night, your head won’t be propped up enough. Even if they are overstuffed and too stiff to begin with, this is prone to happen. And even if they aren’t too stiff to begin with, they do not actually conform to the shape of your head, or adjust to the change in head shape when you roll from your back to your side, or back the other way. Collectively, pillows made from polyester fiber are terrible. They might be good for sofa pillows, but not for getting a good night’s rest.If you find a pillow made from springy foam cushioning, in a store, it will likely be made from chunks of polyurethane foam. This kind of pillow is probably better than the polyester fiber pillows, but probably not by a whole lot. The chunks of foam move around and eventually get pushed to the sides, leaving very little remaining under your head. These pillows make great sofa pillows, but they are not best for getting a good night’s sleep. The solid foam pillow is by enormous leaps and bounds the best kind of pillow for getting a good night’s sleep. It is so superior to the others that a question that begs asking is how it ever came to be that the great majority of pillows for sleeping came to be made from polyester fiber. This is a mystery. There are two kinds of solid foam that are common. There are other kinds, but they are not common and I’ve never seen a solid foam pillow that wasn’t either natural latex or polyurethane foam. The only real advantage to polyurethane foam is lower cost compared to the cost of latex. Natural latex foam lasts much longer, is more conforming, and is able to absorb more heat. The temperature of the foam does not increase as quickly as with polyurethane foam, which is due largely to the big difference in mass density. The natural latex pillow is much, much heavier than the polyurethane foam pillow, and mostly for this reason, it stays cooler over the course of a sleep session.Bottom line, if you want the best pillow, buy one made from a solid block of latex foam. You’ll be thanking yourself for it from here on in, and feeling sorrow for all those people trying to get a good night’s sleep on a pillow made from polyester fiber. The pillow I bought is the biggest and firmest Tiersini pillow available on Amazon. My weight is at the low end of the recommended range for this pillow, but I would not want it any less firm than it is. The firmness is perfect for me.The shape is not perfect. Because the pillow is thicker at one front/rear edge than at the other front/rear edge, it has an overall slope. When I first tried to put the thicker edge under my neck, the slope was enough for me to have a sensation of my head being tilted back. This was very uncomfortable. So I turned it the other way, with the thick edge at the back and the thinner edge under my neck. When I did this, there were two problems. It wasn’t high enough, and the corner under my neck was too abrupt. I put a folded blanket under it, and this made it high enough, but the corner under my neck was still too abrupt. The next day I took a small quilt and folded it so that that lengthwise, it was a little less than the bed width, and so that one of the long edges was a couple of layers thicker than the other one. I put the thicker long edge at the back, against the headboard. The front-to-back dimension was short enough so that at the edge not against the headboard, the pillow rested directly on the bed sheet. This fixed the slope problem, and the height was ideal, and the roundness of the corner under my neck was perfect. It is a minor hassle to need to do this, and I would rather that the overall shape had been different, without the slope that is in the wrong direction. But not many things are perfect, and the need to use a small carefully folded quilt or blanket under the pillow is a very minor inconvenience when the end result is as good as it is.I strongly recommend this pillow.

    My review.
I bought the 3.9-inch version, which is labeled medium firm, and I really like how soft it feels. However, 3.9 inches is a bit too thin for me. I then switched to the 4.7-inch version, also labeled medium firm, but it turned out to be much firmer than the 3.9-inch one. I think the 4.5-inch option might be the best fit for me. For now, I’ll keep the 3.9-inch.

    Perfect Pillow
I almost never write reviews, but this pillow genuinely surprised me. I have a very sensitive neck and have tried what feels like every cervical pillow ever made. The pillows were always too tall, too flat, too firm, or not supportive enough. I kept waking up sore or feeling like my neck was being forced into an awkward position. The height of this pillow is just right, and the material is supportive without being rock hard. It keeps my neck aligned but still feels comfortable. If you’ve been cycling through cervical pillows and getting frustrated like I was, this one is worth trying.

Latex is the way to go
I bought 3 cervical pillows and decided to keep this one. I like the bounciness of the latex foam. It has more support than other foam pillows. I’ve slept better and without neck pain.

    Too Small for Tall People
Doesn’t smell too bad and seems to be soft/firm enough (a good balance), but the neck roll is too small for larger people. I am 6’2″ and the neck roll provides too little support when I am on my side. I was unable to use this for sleeping but my friend liked it so I gave it to her.A thicker neck roll would make this better. If you are small in stature, it might be better for you.

Far cheaper than a new poly fill pillow each year, never loses support.
My previous latex pillow lasted 16 years with no packing down and no dip in support, so I’m a huge fan of latex over poly fluff, well worth the price. I also prefer latex over memory foam because when I roll over, I want the pillow to conform to my head immediately, not three minutes later. When the old pillow finally got trashed by a house fire, I bought this one specifically because I was looking for that hump on the bottom for neck support. This pillow does not disappoint! It has been extremely comfortable and I never wake up with a headache. I always keep a double cover on it because putting it thru the washing machine is not an option, but it was well worth the price.

This is not your mainstream contour pillow as it has 12cm by 14cm loft not easily found on the market. I have been using latex pillows for around 20 years and it was great to find this latex pillow with such high loft without having to add support below.Weight is not as heavy as other 10x12cm latex ones. A little too firm compared to my previous one but still acceptable without causing neck ache. Just to share, my previous pillow with a layer of latex support below was exposed to direct sunlight and it hardened. Bad mistake as I thought could kill germs with UV.Pillow also doesn’t have the typical strong latex smell when new.
