I’m really impressed with this cookware set. Compared to my old $10 pan, the quality is on a whole different level. The ceramic nonstick surface works perfectly — eggs and veggies don’t stick at all, and cleanup is super fast.I also love that the set includes three different pan sizes (8″, 9.5″, and 11″), which makes it perfect for any type of cooking throughout the day. Garbage pan for induction
Laughably bad. It only works on one of four of the induction burners because it’s too lite. Because of this, it doesn’t make good contact and the burner has to be turned up to the highest setting to get the pan to warm. Regardless, it’s a slow cook. We bought the pan specifically for eggs, but without First spraying the pan with oil, eggs stick. So now we’ve got a pan that takes too much energy, cooks slowly, and sticks which is the complete opposite of what we were looking for. Also, food doesn’t cook the way it does in other pans. Eggs, for instance, end up looking more like they’ve been microwaved than cooked in a pan. We’ve probably used this pan to cook eggs fewer than a dozen times but already there’s an area without the nonstick so that even with oil it sticks. Not sure how long it’s been since I purchased this pan, but today we threw it away.I’m sick and tired of purchasing highly rated items on Amazon only to find the products are garbage.
