RUST? DON’T PANIC! IT’S NOT BROKEN: When your pan arrives you may notice a spot that looks like rust. It is simply oil that has not fully carbonized. With regular use and care the spot will disappear. If you do notice rust simply scour the affected area with steel wool, rinse, dry, and rub with vegetable oil.

OMGosh!!! Dolly Parton Cast Iron! WHAT!!!I had to get for my daughters. Cast iron last for ever and well you know Dolly Parton.. comes in a few different sizes so make sure you get the size you want or do like me and get a few different ones! They are all so cute! They are EXACTLY as described. Lodge is a quality item. I think I will get some for me as well. Came quickly, packeged well, true to size. I mean what you see in the ad is what you get and it wont dissappoint!

Great cast iron
I have tried many a cast iron skillet but this one is now my favorite. I did season before use, and after use I put enough water to cover bottom while pan is still hot then when I get around to cleaning it there is no problem. I clean it and put oil on it again and it is great until the next use.

Cast iron Dolly
This is a Lodge cast iron pan the quality is assured so there isnt much to say about it. These come pre-seasoned. But i like to season cast iron properly before using it so when i got it i placed it in the oven and set it to 200 degrees. When it got up to temperature i put a light coat of vegetable oil over the pan inside and out. I placed that upside down in the oven with a cookie sheet on the rack below it and turned the oven up to 500 degrees. I set a timer for one hour and after the hour i turned the oven to 200 degrees letting the pan cool to that temperature. When the oven and pan was at 200 degrees i repeated the process of covering the pan with a light coat of vegetable oil. I did this three times and ended up with a beautifully seasoned almost non stick cast iron pan.

Cast iron pan is very good. We cooked some food on camping trip and it is easy to use and food is very tasty. However pan needs to be condition to use. There is plenty videos how to do it. Once is properly done it easy to clean and keep clean.Definitely no need to pay fortune for one

This cast iron pan is preseason which is great, and it’s a great quality cast-iron. The etched in Dolly Parton looks really good, but we were surprised that it was only on the bottom as we thought it was on the inside as well. But that’s no problem because it may interfere with cooking. It works really well to cook on.
